Bionic launches glove to knock shots off your game

Now the 'game improvement' glove!

A US company - Hillerich & Bradsby, which also makes PowerBilt golf clubs - claims it has developed a game-improvement glove to knock shots off your game.  Three years in the making, the Bionic Performance Series golf glove claims to transform UK golfers' perceptions of the glove as a humble accessory.

Designed by a leading orthopaedic hand specialist, the glove boasts 44 unique anatomical features to give golfers the ultimate grip and feel including the 'triple row finger grip system' - raised pads made of terrycloth and leather, which absorb moisture and help the glove conform to the natural shape of the hand.

And where natural creases occur in the finger and palm, leather is replaced by Lycra to stretch and retract and make the glove 'breathable' and cool.

The makers also claim the glove's special seam helps fight hand fatigue and promotes a lighter grip and smooth release in the golf swing.

Former US Ryder Captain and  US PGA Championship winner Paul Azinger says:   "This Bionic glove is unique and brings technology to glove design we've never seen before. It's so flexible and breathable that you don't even think about it."

The gloves are distributed by Stockport-based GM Golf Brands and are available through pro shops, leading retailers and priced at £19.99 each.
