Paige Spiranac has never been content to stay in one lane.

She's played pro golf, she's built a social media empire, she's fronted magazine covers, she's stepped in front of movie cameras such as recently on Happy Gilmore 2, and she's even advised the PGA Tour as part of its newly-formed Creator Council.

For most people, that's a career.

But for Paige, it's just the start.

In her latest update, Spiranac, 32, is now taking on a new challenge that moves her from the spotlight and onto the strategy table by joining the Grass League (a par 3 golf league) in a senior front-office role.

Spiranac confirmed her news during a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter

From Social Star to Strategic Driver

This isn’t a vanity title. Spiranac will have a direct hand in shaping how the Grass League is seen, shared, and experienced.

Her focus? Digital content strategy — building the league’s voice, expanding its reach and making sure its story cuts through in a crowded sports landscape.

Spiranac has told The Hollywoord Reporter she’s been tasked with building out Grass League’s "entire content strategy", which includes building a brand on social media.

Paige will also be doing some front-of-camera stuff on the Grass League, such as working as an on-course reporter.

The timing of Spiranac's move could not have worked better either.

Founded by brothers Jimmy and Jake Hoselton, the Grass League just secured $2.75m in new funding, led by Creator Sports Capital — the same investors who poured $45m into YouTube sensations Good Good Golf, who filmed with us at GolfMagic during The Open in 2023.

That funding will go into bigger productions, expanded events, and — crucially — doubling the league’s online content footprint.

With more than 4m Instagram followers, which is more than both Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, and a proven knack for turning golf moments into viral talking points, Spiranac is perfectly placed to lead the charge.

Grass League: Golf Under the Lights

If you’re picturing traditional golf, think again.

The Grass League is a 2‑vs‑2 scramble format played entirely on a floodlit par‑3 course.

Rounds are short, the pace is fast, and the atmosphere feels more like a live event than a quiet day on the links.

Home base is Rolling Hills in Tempe, Arizona — a renovated 18‑hole par‑3 layout designed for spectacle.

The league features 11 city‑based franchises backed by celebrity owners, including Dave Roberts (Los Angeles Dodgers manager), Wyndham Clark (2023 US Open champion) and Good Good Golf (YouTube golf collective).

Events have already aired on Golf Channel, Peacock, and Bleacher Report, but the aim now is to reach a much bigger — and younger — audience.
