The hole-in-one vaulted English into contention and he went on to card a 66 to move to the top of the leaderboard.

English is going in search of his fifth PGA Tour title this week.

He won his first two titles on the PGA Tour back in 2013 (FedEx St Jude Classic and OHL Classic at Mayakoba) and then had to wait over seven years for his third win, which came at the 2021 Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.

English then won his fourth title six months later at the Travelers Championship.

He currently sits 39th in the world.
