Kevin Kisner has revealed some of the shocking fan mail that he received after the Presidents Cup which America won for the ninth consecutive time last month.

Kisner, the winner of the WGC Match Play in 2019, only contributed half a point to the US' 17.5-12.5 win over the International team at Quail Hollow.

The four-time PGA Tour winner was in high spirits after Xander Schauffele rolled in the winning putt against Corey Conners, making some self-deprecating comments about his performance in North Carolina.

"My experience can ultimately win in this scenario. There is nothing that any of these can do that can hang with me tonight, I promise you," the 38-year-old said.

"I have never seen a better display of golfers and a worse display of partiers, and I am the best partier on this board. Amen. That's why they picked me. I got half a point, but I brought the fun."

Some fans didn't see the funny side of Kisner's contribution to Davis Love III's side. On Thursday, Kisner posted a picture of two abusive letters received from two different people.

"Kis, if you couldn't putt, you would be stocking dog food at Walmart," one comment read.

"Half a point big f****** deal dude! You be smoke and mirrors!!" another one said.

These were some of the more tame lines found on the letters. As we know, Kisner is one of the most outgoing players on the PGA Tour and he responded to these letters simply with: "Love my fans."
