The DP World Tour's International Swing continues this week at the Magical Kenya Open.
Jacques Kruyswijk won the title 12 months ago here by pipping England's John Parry by two shots.
And the South African is back to defend at Karen Country Club this week.
The tournament is being staged here after a five-year absence.
"This is the first time I’m defending on the DP World Tour so it's quite special," Kruyswijk told the DP World Tour's official website ahead of the opening round on Thursday.
"Kenya last year was a memorable time for me, it set up my career quite nicely going forward so being back in Kenya is always special. I'm looking forward to getting out there.
"I've played here in 2021 when they had the back-to-back events so I’m not unfamiliar with the golf course so I’m kind of excited to get out there.
"I'm looking forward to seeing the course and feeling the greens a little bit."
The 2026 edition of the Magical Kenya Open has a total purse of $2.75m, with the winner receiving a winner's cheque for $467,500.
