Jena Sims is continuing her rise within the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit family after earning another feature in the magazine’s 2026 edition.

The wife of five-time major champion Brooks Koepka has returned for her fourth consecutive appearance in the iconic publication following shoots in Mexico, Bermuda and now her home state of Florida.

Sims, 37, first joined Sports Illustrated Swimsuit as a rookie in 2023 and immediately attracted attention when she walked the runway while eight months pregnant with the couple’s first child, Crew, who was born later that summer.

Her appearance quickly resonated with fans after she spoke openly about challenging traditional expectations surrounding modelling and pregnancy.

The 2026 issue officially launched earlier this month, with Sims again included alongside several high-profile names from entertainment and social media.

Sims' latest shoot took place in Fort Myers on Florida’s Gulf Coast, continuing a growing relationship with the brand that has helped elevate her public profile far beyond the world of golf.

While many golf fans know Sims through her relationship with Koepka, she has built her own career across modelling, television and charity work.

The Georgia native previously appeared in television series including Entourage, Dexter and One Tree Hill, while also featuring in films such as Sharknado 5: Global Swarming.

Away from the cameras, Sims is also the founder of Pageant of Hope, a non-profit organisation that hosts pageants and confidence-building events for children facing cancer and other serious life challenges.

Her latest SI Swimsuit appearance arrives during a significant period for the Koepka family.

In late 2025, Sims revealed the couple had suffered a pregnancy loss at 16 weeks, describing the experience as devastating while also encouraging more open discussion around reproductive health and infertility struggles.

Koepka, meanwhile, is back competing on the PGA Tour after returning from LIV Golf at the end of 2025.

The former world number one has enjoyed an encouraging start to the season and on Thursday carded an opening-round 63 at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson after switching putters.

The couple, who met during the 2015 Masters before marrying in Turks and Caicos in 2022, have regularly appeared together at PGA Tour events and Sports Illustrated functions in recent months as Sims’ profile within the Swimsuit Issue continues to grow.
