Brooks Koepka is one of the best professional golfers on the planet - and he's followed everywhere by his glamorous wife Jena Sims.

Brooks and Jena are one of golf's power couples, essentially on the same level as Dustin Johnson and Paulina Gretzky.

They reportedly met at the 2015 Masters tournament and began dating two years later after Jena slipped into Brooks' DMs.

The couple wed on the Providenciales island in a private ceremony in Turks and Caicos in June 2022.

Who is Jena Sims?

Jena was born on 30 December 1988.

She competed in the Miss Teen USA beauty pageant in 2007 but failed to place.

Jena then went on to become an actress and model. Her film credits include Attack of the 50 foot Cheerleader, Sharknado 5: Global Swarming and Three-headed Shark Attack.

In Attack of the 50 foot Cheerleader, Jena plays science student Cassie Stratford who takes drugs that make her grow into a 50ft giant.

Jena has also appeared in TV shows Entourage, Dexter and One Tree Hill.

Away from her TV and modelling work, Jena runs a non-profit organisation called 'Pageant of Hope' - which hosts beauty pageants for children with cancer and other disadvantages.

Where did Jena Sims meet Brooks Koepka?

Brooks has said that he first noticed Jena at the 2015 Masters.

Jena has said in interviews that she grew up watching golf and was immediately attracted to the golfer.

Their relationship became public after Brooks won the U.S. Open in 2017 when she ran onto the green and gave her man a giant smooch.

The couple got engaged in April 2021. Brooks reportedly popped the question on a beach. Jena confirmed their engagement on her Instagram page.

The wedding day

The wedding was a private affair and the couple asked guests not to use phones.

The official pictures later showed Jena dancing alongside her husband in her wedding dress.

There were also pictures of the couple cutting their wedding cake and jumping - fully clothed - into a swimming pool together.

Rapper Ludacris performed at the after-party. Brooks and Jena then spent the night at the five-star Amanyara hotel.

The bed was decorated with a heart made of rose petals and the initials of their first names.

What has Brooks Koepka said about Jena Sims?

In an interview with GolfDigest, he described her as his "best friend" and said they have a great relationship.

He also said that she understands the demands of his career and supports him in his pursuits.

In another interview with the same publication, Koepka was asked about the viral moment during the 2019 PGA Championship where he appeared to ignore Sims' attempt at a kiss.

He explained that he was in the zone and focused on his game at the time, but that he and Sims had a good laugh about it later.

Brooks also emphasized that their relationship was strong and that they have a lot of fun together.

In the same interview Jena described him as "incredibly supportive" of her career.

The couple announced on 3 May, 2023, that they were expecting their first child.

The happy news was announced on the same day Brooks turned 33 years old. Brooks and Jena are expecting a little boy.
