World No.1 and PGA Championship winner Scottie Scheffler headlines the field a week after landing his third major title.
Scheffler will be joined by the likes of Hideki Matsuyama, Jordan Spieth, Tommy Fleetwood, Harris English and Daniel Berger.
All the action gets underway on Thursday.
Davis Riley is the defending champion this week.
Riley has been struggling for form since he claimed his second PGA Tour title 12 months ago but he shared second place last week at Quail Hollow.
The 28-year-old picked up a cheque for $1.6m last year and the winner of the 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge will earn slightly more.
The 2025 edition of the tournament has a total purse of $9.5m, meaning the winner will walk away with a cheque for $1,782,000.
