Rocket Companies have decided not to exercise its option to sponsor the tournament in 2027.
The final edition of the 2026 Rocket Classic will have an eight-figure prize purse, though.
The field in Michigan will battle it out for $10m, with $1.8m going to the winner.
With two weeks to go until the FedEx Cup playoffs, there are plenty of notables teeing it up this week in a bid to stay sharp.
Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler may not be in town but the likes of Cameron Young, Xander Schauffele, Wyndham Clark, Hideki Matsuyama and Jordan Spieth are playing.
