PGA Championship 2023 prize money: How much they all won

Unsurprisingly, the PGA of America increased the prize purse for the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill.
When Justin Thomas proudly hoisted the Wanamaker trophy above his head at Southern Hills 12 months ago he scooped $2.7m from the $15m purse.
This year? It has been bumped up significantly. Okay, so it may not be a LIV Golf League cheque but it's still a dizzying sum of money.
This year the governing body of the PGA Championship announced the purse has had a $2.5m increase to $17.5m.
That means the winner - Brooks Koepka - took home an eye-watering $3.15m.
Bear in mind that in 1916, the first year the event was played, the winner took home $500 (!) from the $2,580 prize purse.
