The year of 2020 hasn't been the best for many, but it certainly has where new golf driver technology is concerned! GolfMagic's Equipment Editor Alex Lodge has rounded up his favourite five drivers of 2020 and put them all into one video for you.

MOST FORGIVING: CALLAWAY B21 DRIVER

Marketed as an anti-slice driver, the draw bias and weighting makes it incredibly difficult to hit a slice. If you're a mid to high handicap golfer, this is definitely one for you. It's just under £400 so a little pricey, but it ticks a lot of boxes for those serial slicers!

AMAZING ALL-ROUND PERFORMANCE: CALLAWAY MAVRIK DRIVER

This one has proven very popular in 2020. The design is what stands out here as it's extrmely modern. It has three different options to suit different driving tastes. It wasn't the longest driver we tested this year, but it does everything very well. 

AN ABSOLUTE BOMBER: COBRA SPEEDZONE DRIVER

You can see why Bryson DeChambeau likes this one - it's easily one of the longest drivers we have ever tested, and really forgiving too. At £349, it's great value compared to its rivals. 

BEST DRIVER YOU MIGHT NOT BE THINKING ABOUT: SRIXON ZX7 DRIVER

The one that surprised us the most. The results we received were superb. It has a sharp piercing ball flight, and pleasing sound. Dispersion was impressive too. A little pricey at more than £400, but a worthy investment for a top class club.

BEST OF THEM ALL: TAYLORMADE SIM DRIVER

The standout performer of all the 2020 drivers. It's very easy to see why the likes of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson have stuck this one in their bags for 2020. Powerful off the tee, really forgiving, and the adjustability is as good as it gets. The carbon crown makes it the best looking driver at address, too. At £399, it's our No.1 driver of the year.
