When it comes to the best golf balls on the market right now, you will be hard-pressed to find a better all-round Tour golf ball than the TaylorMade TP5 or TP5x.
For us, the TP5 is our favourite golf ball in the game right now.
Why? Well it's long off the tee, holds its line superb in the wind, and it's buttery soft around the green. We also think it's a great looking golf ball and love its simple alignment marking.
If you want the best premium ball on the market then we say look no further than a TP5 or TP5x ball in 2022.
TaylorMade TP5 and TP5x golf balls are played by the likes of Rory McIlroy, Collin Morikawa and Dustin Johnson to name just three PGA Tour stars.
TaylorMade has also recently introduced TP5 and TP5x pix golf balls, co-designed by Rickie Fowler.
These balls are also played by Tommy Fleetwood on the PGA Tour.
The new TP5 pix might take some getting used to at first given just how much is happening on the golf ball itself, but the alignment aid is superb especially on the greens. It can really help lock you into a putt and improve your starting line.
But much of this will be down to personal preference.
