LIV Golf kicks off Dallas weekend in style with a limited-edition Malbon collab
Available this weekend only.

Never a competition shy of injecting a little sartorial flair into golf as part of its wider shake-up of the sport, LIV Golf has kicked off the celebrations surrounding this weekend's Dallas tournament with its most high-profile fashion collaboration yet.
Having already seen its teams release short-term collaborations with cult brands like Brooklyn streetwear inprint Public Drip and renowned designer Martin Key, the free-wheeling golf tour is now taking on the apparel game itself, tapping up acclaimed Californian label Malbon for a limited-edition capsule celebrating the sartorial heritage of the Lone Star State.

Part style statement and part functional, the 6-piece collection comprises course-ready apparel for both men and women, with Malbon's beloved Buckets mascot featuring prominently throghout (outfitted, of course, in a 10-gallon hat).
Finished in classy tones of deep green, white and black, the collection draws part of its aesthetic from vintage airline adverts, with retro-styled logos and silhouettes that harken back to the golden age of golf fashion.
"We’re excited to debut our limited-edition capsule collection with LIV Golf. At Malbon, we believe The Green is the Common Ground—a global, inclusive platform that brings people together through the game of golf," said Ryan Evert, Malbon SVP of Marketing & Brand Partnerships.

LIV Golf arrives in Texas this weekend with a palpable buzz around it and, of course, much still at stake for the players involved. While last year's Dallas event hosted the Team Championship, this year the stakes are at an individual level. A $4 million prize is on offer for the winner, while it's also the last chance for members of the field to earn an exemption into next month's Open Championship.
The leading player in the field at the end of the tournament, not otherwise exempt and in the top five in the standings, will earn a spot at the final men's major. Sergio Garcia is currently in possession of the golden ticket.

Joaquin Niemann leads the individual standings four victories on the breakaway tour this season, with Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau rounding out the podium places.
Adding to the exclusivity, Malbon Golf's LIV Dallas capsule will be available in extremely limited quantities, available for sale both on the ground at Maridoe Golf Club and for a few days across the weekend at the LIV Online Shop.
