Mickelson says $100,000 he'll birdie the first hole, Woods doubles it!

Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson had already declared there would be a number of side wagers for charity well in advance of their $9 million pay-per-view match this Friday, but the first one has officially been confirmed - a Mickelson birdie at the first hole! 

Mickelson is so confident he will birdie the opening hole of their Thanksgiving clash at Shadow Creek on Friday that he put up $100,000 of his own money, to which Woods quickly doubled it.
