WATCH: Tiger Woods receives Medal of Freedom from Donald Trump

Tiger Woods has become just the fourth golfer to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom following Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Charlie Sifford.

Woods clinched his fifth Masters title and first major since the 2008 US Open at The Masters last month. 

The former World No.1 has now won 15 major titles moving  him to within three of record-holder Nicklaus, and he is now also one PGA Tour title away from Sam Snead's all-time record of 82 wins.
