The new C-face T-Zoid forged drivers and fairway woods use Mizuno's patented new technology, the C-Face. The C-Face takes the level of rebound, or spring -like effect on the T-Zoid Forged to the very limits of the recently introduced R&A regulations. Mizuno's research showed that by thinning the forged Titanium in a 'C' shape around the heel, they can increase the flex of the face without affecting its strength.
The buzzword used by Mizuno is CORTECH or for the technically minded, Co-Efficient of Restitution Technology. But the flagship driver in the Mizuno stable is the new Mizuno Pro driver favoured by many of the Mizuno staff players on tour.
The new C-Face drivers will retail at around £249 and are available now.
