GolfMagic is embarking on a new mission and that is to win the FedEx Cup! Now unfortunately, none of us are talented enough to win the real thing, so in our brand new series, we will be attempting to climb the rankings on the PGA Tour 2K21 game on Career Mode.
PGA Tour 2K21 was one of the most highly anticipated video games to be launched in recent years, due to the fact that golf fans hadn't been treated to a golf game for their consoles in a very long time.
In Career Mode, you create your very own golfer to climb the ranks and compete on tour. You can start at the Korn Ferry Championship, or you can skip straight to the PGA Tour.
Our equipment editor Alex decided to start his career at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open at TPC Summerlin and in the first part of our new series, you can see how he got on in the first nine holes.

Alex's comments after the first episode of the PGA Tour 2K21 series:"The game is very easy to understand, having to use the right analog stick to swing the club and it's all about tempo," said Alex.
"If you're slow with the tempo, it goes right. If you're fast, it goes left. This also applies if you don't go completely straight back with the analog stick.
"It became clear to me in this video that the driving part of the game is fairly easy to master but overall this game is not easy! I struggled a lot with putting and approach play which left me at 1-over par through the opening nine holes and way behind the leaders. No birdies will do that to you unfortunately."
