PGA Tour pro Dylan Frittelli offered widely-backed solution after footage of 'a bunch of clowns' tearing up a green went viral.

The footage was captured by e_hunttt__ on Instagram and has been widely condemned.

You watch the clip below of the group tearing up the putting surface in broad daylight, prompting outrage from golf fans.

As you can see, there are four people riding ATVs and dirt bikes causing absolute carnage to the well-manicured course.

Fritelli's solution? "Misdirected stingers in their direction".
