Anthony Kim made his long-awaited return to professional golf with the lucrative LIV Golf League in February 2024.
Kim was once a breakout PGA Tour and Ryder Cup superstar but he disappeared from the game in 2012.
The American pulled out of the Wells Fargo Championship, had surgery on his Achilles and was rarely seen in the years that followed.
His peculiar, unexplained absence led to Kim becoming one of the most mythologised golfers ever and he developed a cult-like following.
At the time of publication, Kim is yet to tell 'story' but has promised to do so in the near future.
He did break his silence though - sort of - in a short promotional video with LIV in which he promised to 'beat the assess' of his competition.
Kim also, bizarrely, told his 'haters' he was back in another hype video that was uploaded to his official social media pages.
When Kim resurfaced at LIV Jeddah he was joined by his wife Emily Kim.
Unfortunately not much is known about Emily and that's largely down to the intensely private life Kim has followed since 2012.
We don't know where the couple met, how long they've been together or details of their wedding ceremony.
What we do know is that the couple share a two-year-old daughter, named Bella.
Kim appears to be absolutely obsessed with being a father and was snapped in Jeddah laughing and joking with the toddler.
A swagged out Kim was also spotted wearing a white tee shirt with the words 'GIRL DAD' emblazoned on it.
Who else has Kim dated?
When he emerged as a star on the PGA Tour, Kim was in a public relationship with a woman named Lisa Pruett.
The couple reportedly got together in 2005 but it was only in 2008 when Kim was selected for the U.S. Ryder Cup side that she began to be noticed.
Pruett was also pictured supporting Kim at the 2008 Masters. Not long after, the couple parted ways.
Kim's next love interest was rumoured to be a woman named Sarah Thompson.
A report from Sports Illustrated, delving into the mystery of Kim's absence, suggested Kim spent a large part of his 30s partying.
So the story goes, he frequently enjoyed visiting the strip clubs in Las Vegas.
Looks like those days might be behind him now, though!
