Vanessa Trump finally responds to boyfriend Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest

Vanessa Trump has publicly shown support for her boyfriend Tiger Woods for the first time since his recent DUI arrest, sharing a brief but personal message on social media.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Friday, Vanessa posted a throwback image of the couple cuddled together, captioning it simply: “Love you,” accompanied by two red heart emojis.

Vanessa's message comes days after Woods, 50, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence following a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida. 

The golf legend was involved in a rollover crash last Friday when his Range Rover SUV overturned after he clipped the back of a trailer being toed by a truck. 

According to Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek, Woods displayed “signs of impairment,” with “bloodshot and glassy” eyes. 

However, a breathalyser test returned negative results.

Newly-released bodycam footage later revealed Woods was carrying prescription medication, including hydrocodone, an opioid commonly used to treat chronic pain.

Woods sounded in a state of shock when he was being handcuffed: "I'm being arrested?" said the former world number one. 

Woods told officers he has undergone multiple surgeries over the years, including seven back procedures and more than 20 operations on his right leg.

Following the incident, Woods confirmed he would be “stepping away for a period of time” to seek treatment and focus on his health. 

He has since been released on bail and his court hearing is scheduled for 23 April. 

Woods has been granted permission by the court to travel abroad for treatment.

The 15-time major champion will miss next week's Masters Tournament at famed Augusta National.

He has also confirmed he will not be taking over as United States Ryder Cup captain at Adare Manor in 2027.

Woods' girlfriend Vanessa is the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. 

Vanessa and Tiger have been dating since around October 2024.

One of their daughters is Kai Trump, an aspiring golfer who got a chance to compete in her first LPGA event in 2025.

Vanessa and Donald Trump Jr. were married 2005 until they filed for divorce in 2018. 

Woods shares two children - Charlie and Samantha - with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren. 

A unsubstantiated report in The Sun this week claimed Vanessa had given Woods something of an ultimatum to sort his personal troubles out in order for their relationship to progress any further. 

Speaking to The Sun, their source said Vanessa is “tired of the ups and downs”.

But Vanessa's latest Instagram Story appears to signal a united front as her boyfriend faces one of the latest challenges in a career marked by both extraordinary success and personal adversity.
