PGA Tour golfer Davis Riley is going for the third win of his career at the Rocket Classic.
The 29-year-old American takes a one-shot lead into the final round at Detroit Golf Club over his compatriot, Michael Brennan, with the likes of Rickie Fowler, Chris Kirk and Cameron Young in hot pursuit.
Riley captured his first PGA Tour title alongside Nick Hardy at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in 2023 and added his second a year later at the Charles Schwab Challenge but has struggled ever since.
He was 53rd in the Official World Golf Ranking but has since fallen 180th.
Victory would also give Riley a well-timed boost in the FedEx Cup standings ahead of the playoffs, pushing himself inside the top 70.
Only the top 70 will make the first playoff event in two weeks' time - the FedEx St. Jude Championship - in Memphis.
The top 50 will tee up at the BMW Championship a week later and only the top 30 get a tee time at the Tour Championship.
Riley will be supported outside the gallery ropes on Sunday by his friends, family and his wife Alexandra Patton.

The couple got engaged in February 2022 and tied the knot 10 months later.
The couple crossed paths whilst both attending the University of Alabama.
As that familiar saying goes: the rest is history!
Davis popped the question in February 2022 with a studded diamond ring.
He got down on one knee in front of a gorgeous lake.
Davis later took to Instagram to confirm the news, writing: "Little more exciting off week than most!
"Can't believe I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend! I love you Alexandra Patton!"
Details of their big day have largely been kept private.
But Davis did post a few pictures of their wedding day on his personal Instagram page.
"Can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together," he wrote about their lavish looking wedding that was held on 17 December.

She has held the roles of a recruiting coordinator and an executive coordinator.
Alexandra also reportedly holds a part-time position as an instructor at The Pilates Barre.
Alexandra earned a degree in hospitality management, meeting and event planning at the University of Alabama.
She was also a cheerleader for the football team. She graduated in 2019.
Alexandra was born on 21 April 1997 in Dallas, Texas.
Unlike some other wives of high-profile golfers, she appears to cherish her privacy.
She keeps her Instagram private but is known to support her husband at multiple PGA Tour stops through the year.
As of August 2026, Davis had scooped a total of $11,296,722 in career prize money on the circuit.
