Wyndham Clark girlfriend: Who is the PGA Tour golfer currently dating? Meet Emily Tanner

Wyndham Clark is going for his second U.S. Open title this weekend at Shinnecock Hills. 

The 32-year-old American has a comfortable four-shot lead at the halfway stage of the third men's major of the year. 

Rounds of 64 and 69 at the Long Island layout in New York have put the four-time PGA Tour winner on a 36-hole total of seven-under. 

Fellow major champions Xander Schauffele, Matt Fitzpatrick and Collin Morikawa are nipping at his heels. 

Given the forecast, Clark may have to fend off challenges from the world number one, Scottie Scheffler, and Masters champion Rory McIlroy. 

Should Clark get over the line, it would represent a mini comeback for the golfer as he has endured a downturn in form since his superb 2023 season that saw him claim his first major title at Los Angeles Country Club and represent the United States team at the Ryder Cup. 

He tumbled to 75th in the Official World Golf Ranking and even split with his long-time caddie John Ellis. 

But is on the rise again after winning last month's CJ Cup Byron Nelson. 

He told reporters after the second round he is also hoping to win back fans after he damaged a century-old locker at Oakmonth 12 months ago following a missed cut at the U.S. Open. 

Clark will be supported outside the gallery ropes this weekend by his friends, family and girlfriend Emily Tanner.

Who is Wyndham Clark's girlfriend?

Wyndham Clark confirmed his new relationship with Emily Tanner during the 2026 Masters. 

She caddied for Clark during the annual Par 3 Contest at Augusta National. 

Clark later shared images of the day on Instagram, captioning the post: "Par 3 Contest with my good luck charm. My love."

Clark made the 36-hole cut at the first men's major of the year and ultimately shared 21st place. 

He missed the cut at the PGA Championship. 

What does Emily Tanner do for work?

It's understood Emily is based in Los Angeles and works in the beauty, fashion and wellness industry. 

She is the founder of Over Social - an agency focused on helping brands grow their online presence through content, branding and audience engagement. 

Emily also boasts a large following on social media, with more than 730,000 followers on Instagram alone.

Are they engaged?

Clark and Emily have not publicly shared how serious their relationship is or whether they have plans to tie the knot. 

It's also unclear whether or not they live together. Clark was born in Denver, Colorado, and reportedly lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

Several other high-profile golfers, such as Jon Rahm and Tony Finau, also live in Scottsdale. 

Previous relationships

Clark was previously in a serious relationship with Julia Kemmling. 

They went public with their relationship in 2017 and she was a frequent attendee at several golf tournaments over the years. 

She stormed the green at Los Angeles Country Club in 2023 when Clark won the U.S. Open and joined the other wives and girlfriends of Team USA at the Ryder Cup in Italy. 

She posed for pictures at the annual gala dinner alongside Caroline Campbell, Nikki Guidish, Allison Stokke, Kelly Van Slyke, Lacey Croom, Jena Sims, Katherine Zhu, Maya Lowe, Meredith Scudder, Annie Verret and Jillian Wisniewski.

Julia was also a golfer and attended Quinnipiac University where she majored in marketing and played at the Division 1 level.
