Jason Day's 2026 Masters outfits have leaked, and they're the wildest yet
The Aussie's much-anticipated Malbon scripting for Augusta week has been leaked, and there's once again plenty to talk about.

Jason Day's partnership with Malbon Golf is now well-established as one of the most talked-about in golf. However while the pair's eclectic styling choices are mostly met with acclaim most weeks, one body yet to see the humorous side of his sartorial choices is the powers that be at Augusta National.
In a moment still talked about two years on, Day was famously asked to remove one of his scripted pieces โ a very un-Augusta vest with "Malbon Golf Championship" written in bold letters across the mid-section โ during the 2024 Masters. Day acquiesed, citing his respect for the tournament, but given Malbon's tendency to style its players a little more boldly come major season, Day's outfits at the Masters have been hotly anticipated at both tournaments since.
Day revealed in an interview with GolfMagic the following year that he had to submit his planned scripting for the 2025 tournament to Augusta ahead of time, and was asked to tone down his fashion choices after the furore of 2024.
The offending sweater was later auctioned off, fetching $17,300 for his Brighter Days Foundation which supports children in Ohio.
Now, we have a first look at the apparent roster of fits that Day will be wearing throughout Masters week, with a full six days of scripting planned. In typical fashion, Malbon have leant into some unconventional motifs for the scripting, with a particular focus on the native Georgia birdlife found in the trees at Augusta.
There are also some unconventional pieces that have made their way into the collection. Tuesday's outfit features a short-sleeved shooter shirt, while Wednesday will see Day don what looks like a multi-pocket utility vest.
Bird-themed outerwear will take centre stage on Thursday and Friday, and presuming Day makes the cut, Sunday will see him take to the course in an what could be a cardigan or perhaps even an actual blazer (not green, thankfully).
This is, of course, all based on an unconfirmed leak reported by GOLF.com, so we could see Day step out in something totally different. Either way, it's sure to be a significant moment in golf style. We'll find out Tuesday when the festivities at Augusta get underway.
