Min Woo Lee, or 'The Cook', as he has become known by his fans, secured his second win in the space of a month when he won the Australian PGA Championship at Royal Queensland Golf Club.

Lee, 25, was in electric form all week, shooting rounds of 64, 66 and 66, before finishing the week by carding a 3-under 68 to clinch victory by three shots over Japan's Rikuya Hoshino.

Despite encountering trouble early in his final round, he managed three birdies on the front nine as well as a remarkable eagle chip-in from 55 yards on the ninth hole.

Using a full bag of Callaway clubs, Lee led the field in driving - Strokes Gained (off the tee) thanks to his Paradym Triple Diamond driver and fairway wood.

The win marked the young Australian's second win in a month, having earned his third pro victory at the Macao Open on the Asian Tour in October.

He has also become the fourth Australian PGA Championship winner since the tournament joined the DP World Tour schedule in 2016.

Discussing the round, Lee said:

"I've always thought I could win, but it took a while to get over the hump, but two wins in the last month or so.
"I made it interesting early on and through the middle, but ended up hanging on, so I'm really proud."
