Perhaps a little stab at a minority of Americans during recent Ryder Cup matches, no doubt.
But we would have to agree. You'll be hard pressed to find a Baba Booey or Mash Potato anywhere at the BMW PGA Championship in May or Open Championship in July.
UK golf crowds will applaud good golf shots and even clap when players reach the green. We'll also remain silent when a player settles into their shot.
It would just be nice to get even more events that we currently do.
