Stewart launches X7 Lithium trolley

Stewart Golf, the British innovator of streamlined powered trolleys is launching a new lightweight remote-control model using a lithium battery.

The X7 Lithium is the latest development of the X7 power system and features a Lithium Phosphate battery, refined to allow it to operate up to 25% more efficiently on the golf course.

Available from April for £999, the versatile 12V battery can also be purchased to be used in any post-2004 X-Series model (X1, X3 or X5).

Stewart Golf managing director Mark Stewart says: “The launch of the new X7 Lithium is a great step forward for Stewart Golf. We have further developed our power system to reduce battery consumption significantly.  The new Lithium battery weighs  a fraction of the old lead acid version yet delivers more power and has a much longer lifetime.

Colours for the X7 Lithium are metallic silver, metallic black and British Racing green. Battery and charger are available separately for £299, with two-year warranty on trolley and battery.
