Tiger Woods sent an inspirational video message to a golfer fighting a cancer battle right before he won The Masters two weeks ago.

Daniel Meggs, who played college golf at Wake Forest, was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer two years ago, just weeks before getting married to his wife Jordan.

With Daniel's condition suffering several setbacks since, Woods put together a little video message for Daniel on his GoFundMe page...

When you can’t make it to The Masters as you had planned... but you wake up to a personal video from Tiger Woods himself...let’s just say Daniel’s life was made. This was also after Jack Nicklaus called Daniel a couple weeks ago after he had just gotten out of the hospital. Wish I had that conversation on video too! The 29-year-old was sadly admitted to hospital on Easter weekend after complications following getting unhooked from his chemo pump.

"He could barely walk or take a deep breath, he was in so much pain," says the update.
