We're wondering how PGA Tour pro Adam Hadwin is going to wriggle out of this one. This might be one of the biggest own-goals we've ever witnessed.
It appears that Hadwin, 34, committed the cardinal sin with wife Jessica, who has been showing some pretty funny footage of their daughter as she watches her dad play golf this season, when he was asked about an outfit choice.
And now he is firmly in the doghouse! Jessica says that we need to pray for Hadwin. He may need divine intervention.
This is how his Jessica outlined the situation:
Y’all pray for @ahadwingolf … today I came out of a dressing room to model my adorable outfit for an upcoming trip we are taking, and he said, AND I QUOTE “does that jacket feel a little tight?”— Jessica Hadwin (@jessicahadwin) August 3, 2022
And the reaction:
The best part (or worst?) was he said it in front of two male employees who proceeded to absolutely trip over themselves trying to run to his defense. Telling me “oh I don’t think he meant it like that…see what he meant was…he just wants to make sure your comfortable” https://t.co/gEvZMRIXFe pic.twitter.com/hwHoqtGMEJ— Jessica Hadwin (@jessicahadwin) August 4, 2022

That's not great is it!?
As Hadwin is a PGA Tour pro, he often finds himself in predicaments where he has to get up and down, but rescuing this situation would likely be the greatest save of his life.
We'll stay tuned for further developments.
Jessica appears pretty active on social media. Other than pointing out that her husband has a doppelgänger (who now plies his tried with LIV Golf), she has previously shared the adorable footage of their daughter Maddox.
Maddox jumps up and down watching Daddy play on the PGA Tour. Although she also appears to have unbridled enthusiasm for Kevin Kisner.
The developing situation here also reminded us of the time fellow PGA Tour pro Adam Schenk got himself in hot water when he roasted his wife's outfit online.
