USA crush GB&I to reclaim Curtis Cup after dominant Sunday Singles surge in Los Angeles
Farah O'Keefe completed a perfect 5-0 week as the Americans won six of eight singles matches to seal a convincing 13-7 victory at Bel-Air.

The United States produced a commanding final-day performance to defeat Great Britain & Ireland 13-7 and reclaim the Curtis Cup at Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles.
Established in 1932, the Curtis Cup remains the most prestigious team event in women's amateur golf, with many future LPGA stars having represented either side in the biennial contest.
For the 44th edition of the match, former Solheim Cup captain Catriona Matthew led the GB&I team, while Meghan Stasi captained the Americans on home soil.
Although the contest appeared finely balanced heading into Sunday, it was the hosts who pulled away emphatically, winning six of the eight matches to secure a comprehensive six-point victory.
The star of the week was Farah O'Keefe, who capped a flawless 5-0 record by holing the winning putt in her singles match.
The University of Texas standout defeated Charlotte Naughton 2&1 to seal the decisive point and become only the fourth player in Curtis Cup history to finish a match with a perfect 5-0 record.
O'Keefe arrived at Bel-Air as the world's leading female amateur and reinforced that reputation throughout the week.
Fresh from claiming the NCAA individual title and competing in the U.S. Women's Open where she finished tied 34th, she delivered under pressure whenever her team needed her.
Only Patience Rhodes and Sophia Fullbrook managed to secure singles victories for the visitors as the stars and stripes continued their dominance in the format that so often decides the Curtis Cup.
The victory improves the United States' all-time Curtis Cup record to 32 wins, nine defeats and three ties.
The Americans have now won four of the last five editions and have captured 21 of the last 24 singles matches contested on home soil.
For GB&I, the final scoreline was harsher than many would have predicted after a competitive opening two days.
However, the American side's depth and quality ultimately proved decisive as they returned the famous trophy to U.S. hands for the next two years.
