Curtis Cup 2026 Sunday Singles Matches and Tee Times: USA leads GB&I 7-5
USA needs just three and half points to reclaim the Curtis Cup, while GB&I must mount a final-day fightback at Bel-Air Country Club.

The United States will take a 7-5 lead into Sunday's decisive singles matches at the 2026 Curtis Cup after a closely contested day at Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles.
Established in 1932, the Curtis Cup is the most prestigious team trophy for women amateur golfers and contested biennially by teams representing GB&I and the USA, and many of the LPGA's greats have competed in this biennial contest down the years.
After winning both Friday sessions, the Americans edged Saturday morning's four-ball matches 2-1 before GB&I responded by claiming their first session victory of the week, taking the afternoon foursomes by the same margin.
With eight singles points available on Sunday, the USA now needs just three and half points to reclaim the Curtis Cup, while GB&I must secure five points to retain the trophy they won at Sunningdale in 2024.

The spotlight is likely to fall on the sixth match out, where unbeaten American Farah O'Keefe takes on Charlotte Naughton.
O'Keefe heads into Sunday with a perfect 4-0 record and can become just the fourth player in Curtis Cup history to finish with a flawless 5-0-0 mark.
World number one amateur Kiara Romero is also in action against Isla McDonald-O'Brien, while experienced GB&I campaigner Patience Rhodes leads off against Kelly Xu in the opening match of the day.
Despite the visitors' spirited fightback, history strongly favours the Americans heading into Sunday's singles.
The USA leads the all-time Curtis Cup series 31-9-3 and has been particularly dominant on home soil.
GB&I have won only twice in the United States since the competition began in 1932, while the Americans have won 15 of the last 16 singles matches played across the previous two Curtis Cups held in the U.S.
US captain Meghan Stasi knows there is still work to do despite her team's advantage.
"We have a two-point lead, but they know they have to go out and get every point possible," Stasi said.
"I know every single person is going to go out there and try their hardest."
However, GB&I captain Catriona Matthew remains optimistic her side can produce another final-day fightback.
"You saw how close it got there. I think that win has definitely kind of buoyed us. We've got a bounce in our step now and it's giving us a chance [Sunday]," Matthew said.
For O'Keefe, Sunday will conclude a remarkable run that has included the NCAA Championships, the U.S. Women's Open and the Curtis Cup in three consecutive weeks.
"It is a lot of golf," said O'Keefe. "I've played a lot of golf in the last month and a half. It's really kind of ridiculous, really since the SECs. This is what I love to do, and this is my passion. Even though my body is hurting and everything is feeling kind of old, I'm still enjoying it, and I think I'm running on a little bit of adrenaline."
With the USA needing only 10 and half points to regain the trophy and GB&I requiring 10 points to retain it, Sunday's singles promise to decide whether American dominance at home continues or whether the visitors can pull off another memorable upset.
