Jackson Koivun surges in latest Official World Golf Ranking update
Official World Golf Ranking: Check out the top 100 after Jackson Koivun's win at the 3M Open and Lucas Herbert's victory in the LIV Golf League.
The Official World Golf Ranking has been updated for the week of 27 July.
And it comes as no surprise that Jackson Koivun was the biggest mover.
The 21-year-old rookie captured his first PGA Tour title on only his third start as a professional at the 3M Open in Minnesota.
Koivun withstood a final-round charge from Scottie Scheffler at TPC Twin Cities.
His three-shot victory over the world number one, which earned him a cool cheque for $1.5m, saw him vault up the OWGR from 206th to 73rd.
Unsurprisingly, Scheffler maintained the top spot and has a sizeable lead over Masters champion Rory McIlroy.
McIlroy is not scheduled to tee up again until the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth in September.
Elsewhere, Lucas Herbert jumped from 69th to inside the top 50 following his wire-to-wire victory at LIV Golf UK.
Herbert won by six strokes from Tyrrell Hatton at JCB Golf & Country Club in Staffordshire.
Hatton moved up two spots in the OWGR.
Bryson DeChambeau and Cameron Smith also made moves this week.
Cameron Young, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Russell Henley, Tommy Fleetwood, Chris Gotterup, Collin Morikawa, Wyndham Clark and Sam Burns round out the top-10.
