Ryder Cup 2025: What's the weather forecast at Bethpage in New York?

Wondering whether to pack the sun cream and sunnies or the rain gear and a brolly to the 2025 Ryder Cup? Well it will very much depend on which day you're planning to attend the Bethpage showdown. 

The 2025 Ryder Cup between United States and Europe tees off on Friday 26 September and concludes on Sunday 28 September.

Practice days are taking place from Monday 22 September through to Thursday 25 September.

On the whole, the weather should hold up just fine, but there are expected to be periods of heavy rain showers. 

Thursday is expected to be the worst day of the week.

As a result, tournament officials have confirmed the Opening Ceremony that was originally scheduled for Thursday will now be brought forward to Wednesday.
