Solheim Cup 2026: Full USA and Europe team lineups confirmed for biennial clash
Team USA is complete after Angela Stanford makes her three captain’s picks, while Anna Nordqvist’s European squad also prepares for the showdown in the Netherlands.
Team USA is officially complete for the 2026 Solheim Cup after captain Angela Stanford made her three captain’s picks on Monday.
Megan Khang, Rose Zhang and Lindy Duncan were selected to complete the American 12-player squad, joining nine automatic qualifiers ahead of the contest at Bernardus Golf in the Netherlands from 11-13 September.
The United States will arrive as defending champions after beating Europe 15.5-12.5 in Virginia in 2024.
Stanford will now attempt to lead the Americans to consecutive Solheim Cup victories for the first time since 2017.
World No. 1 Nelly Korda headlines Team USA, alongside Angel Yin, Jennifer Kupcho, Yealimi Noh, Auston Kim, Lauren Coughlin, Allisen Corpuz, Andrea Lee and Alison Lee.
Khang brings considerable Solheim Cup experience, having posted a 7-3-3 record across her four previous appearances.
Zhang is another proven performer in the team format, having gone unbeaten at the 2024 contest with a perfect 4-0 record.
Duncan, meanwhile, will make her Solheim Cup debut at the age of 35.

Europe's team, captained by Anna Nordqvist, also combines established stars with several newcomers.
Charley Hull and Carlota Ciganda are Europe's most experienced players, while Leona Maguire owns an impressive 8-3-1 Solheim Cup record.
Lottie Woad is perhaps the most intriguing European rookie. The Englishwoman has rapidly risen through the world rankings and secured an automatic qualifying spot after climbing as high as No. 6.
Nordqvist's other captain's picks were Julia López Ramírez, Nastasia Nadaud and Mimi Rhodes.
The match takes place from September 11-13 at Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt, with Europe looking to reclaim the trophy on home soil.
One notable absentee from the American team is Lexi Thompson, who will miss the Solheim Cup for the first time since 2013 after playing only seven LPGA events this season.
