The biennial event will be staged at Bernardus Golf Club in the Netherlands over 11-13 September.
Team Europe will be attempting to reclaim the trophy after Team USA ended a seven-year drought with a 15½-12½ victory on home soil in 2024.
Automatic qualification for the European team concluded after the final round of the AIG Women's Open, with eight players securing their places.
England's Charley Hull and Germany's Esther Henseleit qualified for Team Europe via the Ladies European Tour Solheim Cup standings.
Henseleit secured her place in the team with a runner-up finish to Japan's Shiho Kuwaki at Royal Lytham & St Annes, edging out Chiaria Tamburlini.
Lottie Woad, Celine Boutier, Carlota Ciganda, Maja Stark, Linn Grant and Nanna Koerstz Madsen also qualified automatically the world rankings.
Nordqvist, who previously ruled out combining playing with the captaincy, confirmed her picks on 3 August.
She chose Ireland's Leona Maguire, Spain's Julia Lopez Ramirez, England's Mimi Rhodes and France's Nastasia Nadaud.
Maguire returns to make her fourth appearance whilst Lopez Ramirez, Rhodes and Nadaud will be making their debuts.

Team USA will be captained by Angela Stanford, who will complete her squad after the CPKC Women's Open on 23 August.
Unlike Europe, the United States selects nine players through automatic qualification, with the remaining three places decided by the captain.
World number one Nelly Korda, 28, has already secured her spot on the team after winning two of the five women's majors in 2026.
Korda triumphed at the Chevron Championship and added a first U.S. Women's Open title to her resume at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles.
Based on the current standings, Angel Yin, Jennifer Kupcho, Auston Kim, Yealimi Noh, Allisen Corpuz, Lauren Coughlin, Andrea Lee and Lindy Duncan will join Korda.
