PING’s new AquaDrive waterproof jacket is made from three-layer stretch fabric, the suit features a fully seam-sealed construction for optimal waterproofing, along with adjustable cuff tabs and a shock cord hem for a customisable fit.

Now in its third iteration, Callaway's Stormlite rain set is the hardiest offering from the club manufacturer's recently revamped apparel line. Available either as a complete jacket-pant set or as separates, the jacket is made from a three-layer, four-way stretch knit material that's nonetheless waterproof up to 10,000mm while remaining breathable.

The entire package is reinforced with waterproof Aquaguard zippers to stop water from penetrating pockets, while Ergo Velcro cuffs and an adjustable toggle hem provide protection that can be adjusted so the jacket flows seamlessly with the wearer. With an RRP of £100 but readily available for less than that, it's also fantastically priced given the amount of protection and style it offers.
