TaylorMade

TaylorMade always push the boat out when it comes to major week staff bags and this year is no different.

The multicoloured Tour bag that Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler will be using at the US Open at LA Country Club takes inspiration from iconic streets in the city including Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard, as well as the rich graffiti culture that the city boasts.

Combining bright and bold colours with nods to the city's rich history of film and glamour, the striking purple and yellow colourway will be familiar with fans of basketball, as is represents the colours of the city's most prominent franchise, the LA Lakers.

Featuring LA's iconic city sky line on one side and the LAX airport on the other, although not the most subtle design we have seen this year, we think it will certainly get heads turning out on the course.

Callaway

Callaway has opted to pay tribute to one of Hollywood's greatest superheroes with its bag, featuring Captain America's iconic stars and stripes shield.

The classic red, white and blue colourway with gold detailing is a fitting tribute to one of America's most recognisable film and comic characters and Jon Rahm will be hoping to replicate his heroics at LA Country Club in search of his second US Open title.

Callaway's Xander Schauffele and Sam Burns will also be aiming to channel their inner superhero, both in search of their maiden major victory.

Cobra

Cobra has also opted to pay homage to LA's cultural landmarks with subtle inner pocket detailing to reference key city landmarks including Beverly Hills and Sunset Boulevard.

The overall design of the bag is a more traditional layout with the iconic red, white and blue so closely associated with the American flag being adopted for the colour scheme.

The bag will be accompanied by tour-only headcovers that feature iconography to match up with the bag, including the LA Freeway and the LA Dodgers baseball team.

Both Rickie Fowler and Gary Woodland will be representing Cobra at this year's US Open with Woodland aiming to claim his second US Open title following his win at Pebble Beach in 2019.

Srixon

To be used by major champions including Brooks Koepka, Hideki Matsuyama and Shane Lowry, Srixon has also chosen to represent the iconic stars and stripes of the American flag with a simple but stylish design.

The bright white paneling with a bold blue Srixon logo really pops, while the additional star detailing is a perfect example of simple designs often being the most effective.
