Scotty Cameron Tiger Woods 1999 PGA Championship Victory Putter / 271 of 277

Price: £4,999.99

A truly remarkable piece of memorabilia, this putter was created to commemorate Tiger Woods PGA Championship victory in 1999 at Medinah Country Club.

Woods accumulated 277 strokes over the four days, so to honour the victory, Scotty Cameron made 277 replicas of his famous Newport 2 GSS.

The putter has detailed engraving on the sole, featuring Tiger's signature, score and an outline of the famous Wanamaker trophy.

With only 277 putters in existence, it's an incredibly rare piece of memorabilia that would undoubtedly be a standout feature in anyone's collection.

At £4,999.99, this putter doesn't come cheap, but with Tiger's playing days looking like they might be coming to a close, its value is likely only to rise.

Tour Issue Callaway Apex Pro 21 Irons / 4-PW / X-Flex Project X IO 115 Shafts

Price: 635.99

One of Callaway's most popular ranges in recent history, the Callaway Apex Pro 21 irons are a fantastic players iron that provide best-in-class distance, feel and workability.

These Tour issue versions really caught our eye as it's rare you get the chance to hold a set of irons designed specifically for Tour players.

Every detail of a Tour issue iron is measured and marked with laser precision to the exact spec of its designated player, so although the average golfer may struggle with the X-Flex Project X IO 115 shaft in these clubs, they are a perfect showcase of some of the more niche and unique clubs that Golf Clubs 4 Cash has on offer.

Scotty Cameron British Open 2014 Putter Cover British Flag / White / Blade

Price: £189.99

No list of exciting limited edition gear is complete without a Scotty Cameron putter cover.

Extremely collectable and equally as expensive, Scotty Cameron putter covers have a loyal and dedicated fan base. Typically produced in small amounts with bright and colourful designs.

This particular cover was first released in 2014 to celebrate The Open at Royal Liverpool. Featuring a Union Jack design and blue Liver Bird detailing, this cover would be an ideal purchase for fans of Rory McIlroy, as it was dedicated to the Open Championship, which saw the Northern Irishman lift his first Claret Jug.

What's the most collectable golf club?

Collectors around the world take great pride in amassing limited edition golf clubs, but the one club that arguably attracts more attention than any other is the Scotty Cameron 009 putter.

Custom-made for Tour players, each one is unique, with a broad range of variations that include hand-stamped markings, distinct necks, varied weights, and special finishes.

Famously used by Jordan Spieth, 009 putters are tough to get your hands on and can range in price from anywhere between £4,000 to £6,000.

What are the most expensive golf clubs?

Unsurprisingly, clubs used by Tiger Woods fetch huge prices at auction.

Arguably the best golfer to ever play the game, Wood's clubs are regarded as memorabilia royalty amongst collectors.

Famously the Titleist 681-T irons that Tiger used to achieve the Tiger Slam sold at auction in 2022 for a staggering $5,156,162.

One of Tiger's backup Scotty Cameron Newport II putters also sold at auction for $328,576.

How do you know if you have a limited edition club?

Stampings and numbered items tend to be the clearest indication of a limited edition club.

Whether there were only a small number made, or the club was custom-built for a specific player or event, typically, manufacturers will stamp or number the club in order to recognise its significance.

if you are in any doubt regarding a club you have, then Golf Clubs 4 Cash will value and authenticate any piece in-store or online. With their wealth of knowledge and experience, you can rest easy that you will receive a fair and honest appraisal for your clubs or accessories.
