Tommy Fleetwood is an English professional golfer who currently plays on the DP World Tour and PGA Tour

He was born on 19 January 1991 in Southport, Merseyside. 

He married Clare Craig in 2017 and the couple have one son named Franklin. 

His net worth is reported to be in the region of $15-20m.

Early career

Fleetwood turned professional in 2010 and joined the European Tour in the same year.

Fleetwood has had a successful career thus far, winning six times on the European-based circuit. 

Undoubtedly, his biggest victory to date came at the 2017 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship. 

Fleetwood has also played in several major championships, with his best result coming at the 2018 U.S. Open, where he finished in second place, one stroke behind winner Brooks Koepka.

He is yet to claim a major championship victory, though, and a PGA Tour title still eludes him. 

Ryder Cup

Fleetwood has represented Europe in the Ryder Cup on three occasions, boasting an overall record of 7-3-2. 

Fleetwood made his debut in the biennial dust-up at Le Golf National, France, in 2018.

He and his partner Francesco Molinari won all four matches they played together. 

One of those victories was a memorable 4&3 win over Tiger Woods and Patrick Reed

Fleetwood was part of the European side that lost 19-9 at the 2021 Ryder Cup at Whistling straits. 

But he played a stellar role in Europe's 2023 victory at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Italy. 

Fleetwood played a pivotal role, delivering three points for Luke Donald's team. 

He also clinched the winning point after Rickie Fowler conceded their Sunday singles contest.
