While most golf bags are, by their very nature, pretty sturdy things, those who live in particularly wet climates will know that having an extra layer of protection for your gear pays off in the long run.
Few bags come close to what BIG MAX have achieved with their new AQUA IPX Tour: the first ever bag created to be entirely impervious to the elements and, according to the Austrian brand themselves, the most waterproof golf bag in the world.
BIG MAX is, of course, already a name synonymous with making bags that put waterproofing at the very heart of their identity. Both their existing Dri-Lite and Aqua ranges are more than sturdy enough to meet the needs of most golfers. "But we wouldn’t be BIG MAX if we didn’t continue to push boundaries," says Head of Brand Maxi Reiter.

The AQUA IPX adds the extra layer of protection by removing all of its stitching for the first time ever, and replacing every bit of thread with a welded seam for complete water protection.
BIG MAX's proprietary, entirely waterproof IPX material forms the shell of the bag, while every zipper used in each of its eight pockets is also waterproof. Put simply, you could throw it to the bottom of the ocean and it'd likely still its contents bone dry.
The AQUA IPX also introduces some novel new storage solutions aimed at making your round more comfortable than ever before. The padded 14 way top, full-length dividers and XL putter compartment take care of club storage, while eight spacious pockets give you all the room you need for the essentials and more.
Debuting in the model is a new XL cooler pocket capable not only of holding multiple bottles or cans but fitted with an ice spout that can then drained with ease once your round is over.
