The worlds of golf and formula 1 took a step closer together today, with seven-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton revealing that he has a golf-centric collaboration with athleisure brand Lululemon on the way.

Hamilton, who drives for Ferrari and currently sits third in the world championship, has been an ambassador for the Canadian activewear brand since early 2025.

While nothing official has been announced, Hamilton teased an upcoming campaign photoshoot showcasing a new apparel collection made for golf. The collection seems to take inspiration from the golden age of golf apparel, featuring loose trousers and classic items like zip-up polo shirts.

Hamilton is also one of many Formula 1 stars who have become keen golfers during their time in the sport, regularly teeing it up with fellow drivers like Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc.

With many of the sport's drivers and executives keen on golf, F1 has also made increasing overtures back towards the game in recent times.

Current constructors champions McLaren announced the launch of a golf venture earlier this year, bringing on Justin Rose as their flagship ambassador, while Red Bull Racing also releases regular collaborations with TaylorMade.

Lululemon, meanwhile, also boasts a growing presence in golf, having signed its first PGA Tour pros last year. Min Woo Lee, Max Homa and Lauren Olivares serve as the brand's key ambassadors on tour, while Tommy Fleetwood has been regularly seen playing in the brand's clothes since his departure from Nike.

We're yet to receive any official details on the collab, but will be sure to update you once we do. You can keep abreast of any updates at Lululemon's Instagram in the meantime.
