AIG Women's Open prize money, payout info: How much are they playing for?

The 2023 AIG Women's Open has a total prize purse of $9m. 

That means the winner at Walton Heath will take home $1.35m for scooping the final major of the year.

The 2023 AIG Women's Open has a total prize purse of $9m. 

That means the winner at Walton Heath will take home $1.35m for scooping the final major of the year. 

Before the major began R&A chief executive Martin Slumbers outlined AIG had extended their commitment to the Women's Open until 2030. 

The 2023 purse represents and increase of 23 per cent from last year's event at Muirfield, which was won by South Africa's Ashleigh Buhai.
