Sergio Garcia is arguably Europe’s finest current golfer – travelling the world in search of the glittering prizes.
He tends to travel light, staying only long enough to give his heart and soul to each tournament-week-by-week then heading off to try to claim more accolades.
His schedule reads like a international British Airways pilot except that Sergio’s work only starts when his feet touch the ground.
One of his favourite destinations is Australia – and especially the continent’s south west - where in February he competes in the Johnnie Walker Classic at the Karrinyup course in Perth, where in 2002 he finished just behind the South African man who went on to retain the Volvo Order of Merit .
In this exclusive Golfmagic competition, here’s a chance to win one of four Johnnie Walker Classic unique polo shirts and a Johnnie Walker Classic tote bag.
All you have to do is tell us who won the Johnnie Walker Classic in 2002. Was it?:
Send your answer, with the subject ‘Johnnie Walker Competition’ to email@example.com to reach us by December 31. Four lucky winners drawn from the total entry will win a shirt and a bag. The winners’ names will be published in the New Year and the prizes sent directly but no correspondence will be entered into.
