We saw Bryson DeChambeau creaming drives at Top Golf yesterday and it looks like they might need taller nets next time he is in town.

Bryson DeChambeau's pursuit to hit the ball longer will never wilt if his recent antics on the driving range are anything to go by.

The World No. 7 has become one of the best players in the world as a result of his powerful and aggressive play on the PGA Tour.

He used his 'bomb and gouge' tactics to win his first major title at the US Open in September 2020 and he hit one drive over 400 yards at the Ryder Cup, which helped the USA to a 19-9 victory.

We have seen big hitters revolutionise the use of the big stick in previous years such as Tiger Woods, Fred Couples and John Daly, but now no one can compete with DeChambeau.

The 28-year-old unsurprisingly led the way in driving distance and strokes gained off the tee in 2021 on the PGA Tour. He now sets the standard and encourages other players to keep up.

Not only has he dominated the world's best tour in driving distance, but he has also taken his game to a Top Golf driving range to shatter all of the yardage records there as well.

In his most recent Instagram post, DeChambeau wanted to achieve 200mph in ball speed and he went on to hit the 201mph mark, a number hardly any of us are capable of getting close to.

And as you see the ball rise and travel on the screen after he has hit his shot, it looks like the ball has cleared the net. Once again, this is something only very few of us can dream of doing.

The eight-time PGA Tour winner has been a divisive and controversial figure on the PGA Tour and his approach to golf has been questioned by experts and golf fans.

But regardless of your opinion on DeChambeau, you cannot fault his work ethic and love for golf. His current success is a direct result of relentless graft and determination.
