Woods and McIlroy were comfortably taken down 3&2 in The Match, which benefitted Huricane Ian Relief.

On Monday afternoon, Woods, who made his return to the fairways on Saturday night following his latest injury setback, tweeted he and McIlroy will get their revenge in the rematch (which has yet to be confirmed).
What a fun night at #CapitalOnesTheMatch, benefitting Hurricane Ian Relief. I couldn't have asked for a better teammate than @McIlroyRory. @JustinThomas34 and @JordanSpieth, we'll get you boys next time. pic.twitter.com/TuSqTO4lPy— Tiger Woods (@TigerWoods) December 12, 2022

"I couldn't have asked for a better teammate than Rory McIlroy.
"Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth, we'll get you boys next time."
Spieth and Thomas could not hide their delight at taking down two of the greatest players to ever play the sport.
The match exhibition victory continues Spieth and Thomas' exceptional match play record, with the best friends having gone unbeaten at the recent Presidents Cup.
Not everyone loses to Thomas and Spieth though. Just ask Tommy Fleetwood's caddie, Ian Finnis.
Woods is back in action again later this week when he plays in the PNC Championship alongside his 13-year-old son Charlie Woods.
Team Woods will be looking to go one better than last year after finishing second behind Team Daly 12 months ago.
