Erica Herman is taking golf legend Tiger Woods to court over an NDA she claims he made her sign, according to a TMZ Sports report.

Tiger Woods SPLITS with Erica Herman, who now wants to TAKE HIM TO COURT!

Tiger Woods has reportedly split with Erica Herman, who now wants to take the golf legend to court in a bid to nullify a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) he made her sign at the beginning of their relationship, according to a report by TMZ Sports.

Woods, 47, and Herman, 39, had been together since the 2017 Presidents Cup.

But it now appears their relationship came to a bitter end at the end of 2022.

In court papers first acquired by TMZ Sports, Herman claims Woods is trying to "aggressively enforce" the NDA she signed when they entered a relationship in 2017.

The report claims Herman is citing a law that prohibits NDAs when there's evidence of sexual assault or harassment.

Herman does not allege assault or harassment, only that she is unsure whether she may disclose "facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has".

The TMZ report states:

"Erica Herman filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which spell her grievances out clear as day ... namely, she alleges TW made her sign an NDA at the start of their relationship -- around August 2017, according to her -- which she now says is being wrongfully enforced on her.

"In the paperwork, Herman says a private trust that Tiger runs is attempting to steamroll her into keeping quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA she signed.

"She argues in her legal docs the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment."

The report adds:

"Herman says she's seeking clarity from the court here ... because, according to her, she's eager to share her experiences with Tiger. She wants a judge to declare the NDA invalid and unenforceable."

According to a tweet posted by Law & Lumber (@LumberLaw), who is a lawyer and litigator, Herman has filed a Complaint for what amounts to wrongful eviction on 26 October 2022 after being locked out of her residence.

She then alleges her belongings were removed and how $40k in cash was stolen, before defamatory allegations were then made as to how she obtained such money.

Herman is alleging such acts necessitate an award of $30 million in actual and consequential damages.

Law & Lumber has tweeted the following:

"Herman alleges that she was convinced "to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, they (presumably Woods) told her she had been locked out of her residence..."

"She goes on to allege that agents of the trust (again presumably Woods or someone on his behalf) removed her belongings from the residence and stole $40,000 in cash, making "defamatory allegations about how she obtained the money."

"And Herman is alleging that these acts necessitate an award of $30 million in actual and consequential damages.

"The Trust (Woods) files a motion to dismiss the complaint on 11/15/22 (not yet heard) and files a motion to compel arbitration and stay proceedings on 12/20/22 (not yet heard, but response filed by Herman).

"The Motion to Compel Arbitration states, in part, that: "After Mr. Woods recently terminated the relationship, Ms. Herman was advised that she was no longer welcome in the Residence. . . Ms. Herman responded to the breakup by filing this lawsuit...

"And here Woods' motion brings us full circle to today's breaking news... "Among other things, the Agreement (the NDA) requires that any and all disputes...between Ms. Herman and Mr. Woods are to be resolved by confidential arbitration before the AAA."

"So - roughly 15-30 min of scanning the docket pleadings provides some much-needed context that's not being reported in ANY of the articles I've read on the topic... ...oh, and their split was in 10/2022, which was out there for anyone interested to confirm... ...so, uhhhh, yea..."

Woods and Herman first met back in September 2017 when she had been managing his Florida restaurant, known as 'The Woods Jupiter'.

Back in 2018, one of Woods' friends told PEOPLE:

"No one has signed any paperwork.

"It's not like they're pledging their lives to each other. But she's really nice and Tiger likes her.

"Tiger doesn't like to be alone.

"But he doesn't like to settle. Not anymore.

"So when he's with someone, he really needs to be into her."

Herman was last spotted in public with Woods at the US Open Tennis tournament in August 2022.

They had been watching Serena Williams.

Woods recently made his long-awaited return to the PGA Tour at the Genesis Invitational in February, but there was no sign of Herman with him during the week.

Woods and Herman were first pictured together at the 2017 Presidents Cup.

Herman was then seen by Woods' side when he won the 2018 Tour Championship and 2019 Masters, and she was also at St Andrews last year when Woods competed in the 150th Open Championship.

She was also publicly seen with Woods at the White House in May 2019 when he was handed the Presidential Medal of Freedom by former US President Donald Trump.

There had been multiple rumours flying around that Woods and Herman had split up back in 2019, but she told Radar Online that wasn't the case and that she just "didn’t like public attention."

Erica was also by Woods' side as he recovered from severe leg injuries sustained in his horror car crash in Los Angeles in February 2021.

She was also in attendance when Woods was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2022.

Woods' relationship with Herman was not his first since his divorce from Elin Nordegren.

They divorced in August 2010 after Woods admitted to multiple infidelities and he then completed a 45-day therapy program.

Woods then dated Olympic champion Lindsey Vonn, now 38, in his first "public" relationship since that split.

The 15-time major champion dated Vonn - an alpine ski racer - for three years from 2013.

Dozens of other women have since claimed to have had relationships with Woods.

A report emerged in 2021 how Woods was spotted with a "hot blonde" while he recovered from injuries from his car crash.

Woods' attorneys also reportedly sued Rachel Uchitel for "breaking" an $8 million NDA in 2021.

The National Enquirer reported in 2021 how Woods wanted to remarry Nordegren.

It is understood Woods and Nordegren still share a close relationship as they do their best as parents to rising golf star Charlie Woods and Samantha Woods.

Woods has decided not to compete in this week's Players Championship at famed TPC Sawgrass as he looks to continue his rehab ahead of competing in the season's first major championship, The Masters, from April 6-9.
