Who are the TOP TEN money earners in FedEx Cup history?

The PGA Tour season is coming to an end but don't worry, we still have three weeks left of FedEx Cup Playoffs that guarantee drama and excitement.

The FedEx Cup has become a lucrative and prestigious format that has been won by some of the best players in the world since its inception in 2007.

Dustin Johnson is currently the reigning champion from 2020 and he is in good shape to defend his title, staring at the Northern Trust at Liberty National this week.

We wanted to know which players have earned the most money from the FedEx Cup in its 15-year history, so who has made the top 10?

10 - Billy Horschel

Billy Horschel has earned $18,725,859 from the FedEx Cup playoffs in tournament prizes and bonuses. Arguably the highlight of his career came in 2014 when he won the BMW Championship and the Tour Championship, which bagged him the FedEx Cup.

9 - Brandt Snedeker

Brandt Snedeker won the Tour Championship in 2012 and this meant that he picked up the FedEx Cup, his career-best achievement so far. This contributed to his earnings of $19,290,045 in the playoffs.

8 - Henrik Stenson

In 2013, Henrik Stenson was simply unstoppable. In both Europe and America, the Swede was dominant and he won the Deutsche Bank Championship and the Tour Championship to win the FedEx Cup, lifting his earnings to $19,829,164.

7 - Jordan Spieth

Spieth has made 26 starts in the playoffs and has earned $22,076,967 in the process. In 2015, Spieth was in scintillating form on the PGA Tour, winning five times including The Masters and the US Open which helped him on his way to FedEx Cup glory.

6 - Jim Furyk

Jim Furyk made a fantastic up-and-down from the bunker on the final green at the 2010 Tour Championship to secure the FedEx Cup and the $10 million bonus. In total, Furyk has earned $23,514,493 from the playoffs.

5 -Justin Rose
