Some of golf's biggest names including Charley Hull and Bryson DeChambeau swapped their clubs for costumes this Halloween - and the results were brilliant.

From LPGA and social media stars to PGA Tour and LIV Golf icons, the fairways turned into a full-blown costume runway this weekend.

Ladies World No.5 Charley Hull led the charge as she turned heads as a cat.

"Happy Halloween everyone. Meowwwww," she captioned her first Halloween post.

Hull then followed it up with a video to say she had been partying on a jet.

"This little kitty cat went on Scary 747 plane party!"

Earlier this week Hull pranked her followers over her hair colour.

Paige Spiranac also set pulses racing in a sultry Jessica Rabbit ensemble.

Spiranac is one of the biggest golf social media influencers in the world.

"Happy Halloween from Jessica Rabbit," tweeted Spiranac to her followers.

Over on LIV Golf, Bryson DeChambeau went full comedy mode, dressing as Paul Blart’s Mall Cop and sharing the laughs with his 4.3 million Instagram followers.

"Tag someone who I should arrest," two-time major champion DeChambeau captioned his latest post.

Fellow LIV stars Brooks Koepka and Sergio Garcia had some fun too.

Five-time major champion Koepka celebrated with wife Jena Sims and son Crew in a coordinated space-themed family look, while Garcia leaned into a joke that haunted him all season, donning a McDonald’s cap as Angela wore her Augusta caddie outfit.

Garcia was ridiculed by Sir Nick Faldo during The Masters in April.

A number of PGA Tour stars also got involved.

Tony Finau brought Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to life with his family, while Ryder Cup hero Shane Lowry and wife Wendy went all-out Beauty and the Beast.

Elsewhere, Akshay Bhatia and partner Presleigh Schulz added a touch of fantasy with an Aladdin-inspired theme.
