The 107th edition of the PGA Championship features 15 full-time LIV Golf players and one reserve from the breakaway tour.
Leading the charge for the breakaway tour at the second men's major of the year are Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka.
DeChambeau, the reigning U.S. Open champion, is looking to win his third major championship overall.
Koepka could leapfrog newly-crowned Masters champ Rory McIlroy by lifting the Wanamaker Trophy on Sunday to claim his sixth major.
Three-time PGA Championship winner Koepka has not been at the races so far this season and missed the cut at the 2025 Masters.
Should Rahm triumph, it would represent his first victory in one of the big four since he joined the PIF-backed breakaway in December 2023.

Rahm's European Ryder Cup teammate Tyrrell Hatton is looking to improve on his top-15 finish at the 2025 Masters.
Former green jacket winner Patrick Reed also has reason for optimism given he finished solo third at Augusta National.
As many as three LIV players were among the golfers receiving special invitations from the PGA of America.
Dustin Johnson's exemption into the major was up by officials deemed the former Masters champ worthy of a spot in the 156-man field.
The decision to award Johnson a spot in the field means the American continues his steak of playing in every major since 2009.

DeChambeau and Puig were level after 18 holes whilst the remaining LIV players are left with a battle to make the cut.
Mickelson had a complete disaster on day one. As did Johnson, Cameron Smith and Garcia.
