'Worst hole on the planet...' Tyrrell Hatton launches expletive-laden rant at LIV Golf Dallas

England's Tyrrell Hatton is seemingly not a big fan of the par-5 7th at LIV Golf Dallas.

Tyrrell Hatton was once again caught on the hot mic during the second round at LIV Golf Dallas.

Hatton, 33, looked to have found the front edge of the green from 266 yards out with his second shot into the par-5 7th.

But his ball soon took the slope and found a watery grave.

Cue an expletive-laden rant from the LIV Golf superstar, who was seemingly not happy with the design of the hole.

"Worst hole on the planet," shouted Hatton.

"That is f*****g bulls***!"

LIV Golf commentator David Feherty stifled a laugh in the commentary box, before saying: "He didn't like it."

Despite his unfortunate break, Hatton would still go on to save par and keep himself in the hunt for a second career win on LIV Golf.

Hatton ended up firing a brilliant 65 to vault up to 5-under par and move to within four shots of the lead, currently held by Patrick Reed.

The Englishman carded eight birdies with one sole bogey coming at the par-4 12th.

Hatton very nearly picked up his first major title two weeks ago at the US Open at Oakmont.

He was left to rue an unfortunate break with his tee shot down the short par-4 17th, which ended up resting on a severe downhill slope in the rough by the greenside bunker.

That would lead to a bogey-five and end his chances of a first major title as JJ Spaun went on to win his first.

Hatton has at least taken consolation from moving into third place on the European Ryder Cup rankings.

Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood occupy the top two spots.

Hatton, Robert MacIntyre, Shane Lowry and Sepp Straka make up the remaining automatics as it stands.

European Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald will have six captain's picks to dish out after the final qualifying event at the Betfred British Masters at The Belfry at the end of August.

The 2025 Ryder Cup takes place from 26-28 September at Bethpage in New York.
