Woods shot a 1-over 73 on Saturday and sits at even par after 36 holes, four strokes behind three players sharing the lead.
Sam Carraher, Dawson Lew and Giuseppe Puebla are all at 4-under heading into Sunday’s final round.
Woods, a senior at The Benjamin School and the son of 15-time major champion Tiger Woods, entered Saturday’s round tied for eighth after opening with a 1-under 71.

He mixed four birdies with five bogeys in the second round and will begin Sunday tied for 14th.
The final round gets underway at 8:10am Sunday at the iconic Stadium Course, home of the Players Championship.
Woods also had a notable development off the course Friday, announcing an NIL agreement with TaylorMade.
He revealed the partnership on social media through a series of promotional videos.

Tiger has been absent from TPC Sawgrass this week but Charlie's mother, Elin Nordegren, has followed her son's progress.
Nordegren was pictured by the Palm Beach Post in the opening round, taking photographs of her son and cheering him on.
Charlie's first round included an all-time par save at the par-3 17th.
The elder Woods has a significant history at TPC Sawgrass, having won The Players Championship there in 2001 and 2013.
Charlie is competing at the same venue on a sponsor exemption after finishing tied for 31st in last year’s Junior Players Championship.
The elder Woods has had plenty of attention of his own this week.
On Wednesday, he reached a plea agreement in Florida stemming from his March car crash, ending the criminal case after prosecutors reduced the original DUI charge to reckless driving.
Woods pleaded no contest and avoided jail time, but his driver’s license was suspended for five years and he was ordered to pay fines.
